Great Rock Christian Academy exists to provide an exceptional Christian education that equips students with a biblical worldview. We're a ministry of Great Rock Church in Danvers, Massachusetts, officially recognized as a private school in November 2023. What started as a vision to serve families seeking quality, Christ-centered education has grown into a thriving Pre-K through 12th grade community.
Our Story
GRCA was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves access to excellent Christian education. We've grown from a small start to a community of over 100 students, serving families throughout the North Shore. Our mission is to instruct, nurture, and equip students to positively impact their world for Jesus Christ.
We're young, growing, and passionate about what we do. Our small size means every student is known, loved, and guided. We partner with parents who have chosen to invest in their child's spiritual and academic formation.

Academic Excellence with Individual Attention
We use Abeka curriculum to provide rigorous, biblically integrated academics. Small class sizes allow our teachers to know each student's strengths, challenges, and learning style. We develop critical thinkers who can analyze, evaluate, and communicate effectively.
Character Development
We focus on the whole child through balanced emphasis on academics, arts, faith, and social-emotional growth. Our students practice Christian character, build healthy relationships, and learn to serve others.
Partnership with Parents
We believe parents have the primary responsibility for educating their children. GRCA exists to partner with you, supporting and extending the work you're already doing at home.

What Makes Us Different
Financially Accessible and Excellent
We believe every family should have access to high-quality Christian education. Our tuition is significantly lower than other private schools in the area, and financial aid is available for qualifying families.
Flexible enrollment
Traditional full-time or homeschool co-op program. Homeschool students can participate in specific classes and play town sports.
Extended care included
Free extended care from 7am to 4pm for all families.
Pre-K through 12th grade
Your child can grow with us from preschool through graduation in one Christ-centered community.
